“ Very good dining experience, and I mean that holistically. The service was fast and efficient. Their ramen is unique. I really liked the sorta Texas style aged brisket spicy miso. The brisket itself was falling apart but also dry enough that it absorbed the soup base. The spicy level was perfect. Noodles came out slightly al dente which is desirable as they soak up the broth as well. Egg and all the other constituents top notch. Just the soup base itself had such an equally tangy and spiciness to it, really well all thought out. I had also gotten fried rice. Was good, better than most even. Ingredients kept small and stickiness decent. Went easy with chopsticks. Has a higher black pepper content which I liked. ”
